Читаешь о действиях Малиновской, и становится противно. Как можно было даже формально поддержать обвинения, которые ни на чём не основаны? Ничего, кроме желаний вышестоящих, не было учтено при вынесении этого "решения", и каждый это видит! В суде не рассмотрели ни одной позиции защиты всерьёз, ни один довод пайщиков не был принят – просто потому, что так было решено "сверху". И вот эта судья продолжает сидеть в своём кресле и выносить решения, которые идут против интересов обычных людей.
